At Elitewings Journeys, we know that travel plans donβt always go as expected. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair, simple, and transparent for every traveler.
30+ Days Before Departure β Eligible for a full refund (minus administrative charges).
15β29 Days Before Departure β 50% of the package cost will be refunded.
7β14 Days Before Departure β 25% of the package cost will be refunded.
Less than 7 Days Before Departure β Unfortunately, no refund can be issued.
Important: Certain bookings (such as flights, hotels, or special activities) may be strictly non-refundable once confirmed.
If a traveler does not join the tour on the scheduled departure date and fails to notify us in advance, no refund will be provided.
If for any reason we must cancel a trip (due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or operational reasons), travelers will receive either:
A full refund, or
The option to rebook on another available package.
Refunds are typically processed within 7β14 business days.
Refunds are returned using the same payment method used for booking (credit card, debit card, or bank transfer).
Please note: Any third-party transaction fees or bank charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip disruptions.
