At Elitewings Journeys, we know that travel plans don’t always go as expected. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair, simple, and transparent for every traveler.

1. Traveler Cancellations

  • 30+ Days Before Departure – Eligible for a full refund (minus administrative charges).

  • 15–29 Days Before Departure – 50% of the package cost will be refunded.

  • 7–14 Days Before Departure – 25% of the package cost will be refunded.

  • Less than 7 Days Before Departure – Unfortunately, no refund can be issued.

Important: Certain bookings (such as flights, hotels, or special activities) may be strictly non-refundable once confirmed.

2. Missed Departure / No-Show

If a traveler does not join the tour on the scheduled departure date and fails to notify us in advance, no refund will be provided.

3. Cancellations by Elitewings Journeys

If for any reason we must cancel a trip (due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or operational reasons), travelers will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to rebook on another available package.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are returned using the same payment method used for booking (credit card, debit card, or bank transfer).

  • Please note: Any third-party transaction fees or bank charges are non-refundable.

5. Travel Insurance Advice

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip disruptions.
